Responsibility in orders:
Our prices do not constitute an offer in themselves. Orders are only valid after our acceptance. They imply the unreserved acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale which cannot be modified by contrary stipulations which would appear on the buyer's order, in its General Terms and Conditions of Purchase or any other commercial document.
Payment terms and deadlines:
Invoices are payable by bank transfer at the time of ordering on the site.
Discount:
No discount will be granted for cash payment.
Retention of title:
The transfer of ownership of our goods is subject to full payment of their price (Law No. 85-98 of January 25, 1985). Notwithstanding the preceding clause, the risks relating to the goods are borne by the buyer as soon as they are in his possession. The subscription of an insurance policy on behalf of whomever it may concern may be required by the seller. In the event of resale of the goods to a third party, carried out in the normal course of the buyer's business, the latter undertakes to: - stipulate a retention of title clause for his benefit, - reserve the benefit of this clause for the seller, - pay the seller as a priority from the resale in the event that he comes into possession of these products. In the absence of payment of a single invoice on its contractual due date, and three days after a formal notice has remained unsuccessful, restitution may be requested. In the event of refusal, the seller reserves the right to request the President of the Commercial Court of the place of storage, ruling in summary proceedings, to return the goods and, where appropriate, to designate the custodian who will note and set the value.
