      The transfer of ownership of our goods is subject to full payment of their price (Law No. 85-98 of January 25, 1985). The subscription of an insurance policy on behalf of whomever it may concern may be required by the seller. In the event of resale of the goods to a third party, carried out in the normal course of the buyer's business, the latter undertakes to: - stipulate a retention of title clause for his benefit, - reserve the benefit of this clause for the seller, - pay the seller as a priority from the resale in the event that he comes into possession of these products.
